the twin room interior view was well-kept. complimentary cake and coffee were available in the afternoon. i found the staff friendly. the location near the waterfront made it easy to access boat tours and other activities, though parking was hard to find.
i noticed there wasn't a complete separation between the bathroom and the bedroom! the glass shower was visible which felt a bit awkward.

charming stay by the river
perfect locationhelpful stafflovely room
the hotel location was perfect i could easily walk to the riverfront and the port wineries across the bridge the breakfast was quite good and the room was always clean i especially liked the complimentary cake in the afternoon and the port in the evening it was like a thoughtful touch. the staff was very nice and helpful.

the room included a comfortable bed the room also featured a river view with beautiful scenery i slept very well in the room, and it was cleaned every day.

the breakfast had a good variety of food i found it quite satisfying the quality of food was high with fresh ingredients the hotel offered complimentary cake in the afternoon it made the stay special.

the hotel provided cozy sitting areas guests can enjoy anytime it created a cute atmosphere the lobby offered complimentary coffee and pastries i found the amenities convenient and thoughtful.

the staff was very nice and helpful they offered great recommendations for meals the staff could speak english well making communication easy i received a glass of port upon arrival which was a warm welcome.

the hotel's location proved acceptable for accessing riverside attractions within a short walk.
my room lacked proper air conditioning so i asked for assistance many times yet nothing happened the front desk said they couldn't fix it because it was winter the room was hot i had to sleep with the doors wide open i also asked for a fan but apparently another guest already had it.

The location was indeed central. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room was super clean and cozy.
Our room had no AC , and we were told it could not be fixed since it was winter time. The room was very hot , so we had to sleep with the window doors open at night. This meant that it was difficult to rest peacefully due to noise.
